Nitto Dune Grapplers

Hey just seeing what you guys think about the Dune Grapplers, I'll be using them on the street more than anything. Thinking of getting the 315/70r17's I heard the rubber is softer on these than regular tires...not too sure

I've read a couple of magazines reviews that were favorable. I don't think they have been out long enough to get an accurate treadwear estimate.

It just doesnt seem like a tire that would last long on the road when it is a "dune" grappler.

Yeah I was leaning on a no, but the tread is just so catchy! lol
but if i'm gonna drop a load of cash into something that's gonna wear down so quickly I'm probably going to regret it, I'm down to my final choice...some pro comp xtreme a/t 35/12.50r17's

Keith - I know you love your tires, but I have to ask... Do you work for Toyo? That's a pretty impossible statement to make, dontcha think?
