Angry No Weights!!!!!

I recently put 35's on my truck. From day one when i got going more then 35mph my steering wheel shakes really bad. I looked today and i relize that there are no weights on my wheels. I also had it aligned too and that to isn't right. Could the wheels not having weights on them make it shake really bad and the alignment not right. Please help before i pay for an alignment and balance!!!

I ordered my wheels and tires from www.onlinetires.com a couple years ago for my old F150. When I got them, they had no weights on them. I called them up and they told me to take the truck to a shop and have them balanced and then to email them with a scan of the bill. I did that, and they refunded me the cost of the balance and rotation. I don't think that tires being out of balance can cause an alignment issue.

bro, i work at discount tire. out of balance tires can make any vehicle handle like hell. in essence, the tire vibrating so bad at low or high speeds could make the vehicle swerve left or right. i would go get those babies balanced,...don't go out and spend all that money

Its also possible you have stick on weights on the inside of the wheels, or maybe had stick on weights, and they have since fallen off.

Start by getting them road forced balanced, and go from there.

I looked on the inside of the wheels and there were none of the stick on weights. I got the tire and rim package from 4wheel parts!!

Get those tires balanced ASAP! There should definitely be weights on them. Driving with 35's not balanced is like driving a tractor..been there done that.
