Aftermarket 305/45/22 vs Stock 275/65/18

Will the new wheels and tire fit my 04 F150 screw without issue? The diameter is very close. I'm concerned about the extra width. The truck is stock. Any help or advie is appreciated. Thanks!

You will have no problems due to the width. I started out with 305/45/22's with 2/5 lowering

Thanks guys!

Hey, I have a choice on the 22" x 9.5 rim - a 12 mm offset or a 40 mm offset. Any issues with either? I like the idea of the 12mm, but that puts an extra 1.4" outside. This is assuming the stock rim offset on the lariat 18" rims is 32mm. (on a 7.5" rim this leaves a 5.5" backspace) Thoughts?

The 22x9.5 wheels on my Expy have 6.7 inches of backspacing. I wouldn't want any less.
