thats not a cragar i dont think, looks like the spokes are a bit flatter and i think the lip may be deeper as well, definitely something more modern...maybe a boyd coddington stingray i think they were called...saw them in an ad in a magazine a couple of years ago

 

I would just ask the girl in the tent. She might know.
