how big of tires

i have a 02 F150 and was wondering what the biggest tire i can put on without lifting my truck. i have the stock 245/70R on it right now.

okay great, well in that case then your best best would be to go with a 285/75/16 or crank the t-bars and throw some 295's on there. You could put some 305's on there but that is starting to push it a little on a 7'' rim.

great thanks. another thing what would be a good all-terrain tire to put on?

yeah they are a great tire, look also at the toyo oc at, nitto terra grappler (the only one that comes in a 295), goodyear wrangler silentarmors.......

I got 285/75/16 nitto terra grapplers on my 97 F150. Very happy with the tire so far.
