I also have the problem. Upon installation, it was good for a week or so then once it heats up to norm temp it starts to make noise. I have Hawks' LTS pads all around and apparently only happens to make the noise from the rear pads. When I get a chance I gonna take apart and see what's causing that noise.

when i bought my truck, they put new pads and rotors on the front, and they squeak like none other, i took it back and asked what they put on, and they said the full metallic pads (forget the brand right now) they stop great, but squeak like none other,

I am currently ordering a new set that will not squeak.

The problem is simply. Metal (metallic) or even semimetallic pads on metal rotors are at some points going to make noise, reguardless of what you do....the best solutionn in the world was asbestos, however as we all know asbestos will roast your lungs. The only 100% solution I know of to rememdy this is organic pads, however you'll be doing them every 6 months or so cause they are so soft. Under the right conditions, any pad will squeal given the fact that its a hard surface to hard surface contact point. Anti-squeal works to an extent, but mostly, its just life.
