35 Nitto Terra Grapplers

How much do you have to raise an 2wd 2003 f150 xl with 18's if i want to put 35 nitto terra grapplers on it? and what is the cheapest way to do this?

I will depend on the wheel you use. I'd suggest a 3 inch Performance Accessories body lift and a set of 3.5 inch lift spindles if you want 35's.
