tire help

Hi, i need to buy some new pair of tires cuz im upgrading to 20" wheels maybe even 22" if the price is not by much more.
The problem that i have its that i can't find an all-terrain tire with a rating of at least "U" in speed. I was then thinking about buying a performance tire with the closest look to an all-terrain 1.
Can u please help me with this issue?? I do intend to take it for minimal off-roading and mudding once or twice a year

In a 22, you're VERY limited.

In a 20, you can get a Pirelli Scorpion ATR 275/55/20...it's rated an S, which is like 112 mph. How fast do you go? Your best bet may be an all-season tire then toss some winter tires on there for the winter.

So i don't understand y i can't find anything higher. I don't always go fast but i did hit that stupid limiter more the 10 times (at least) LOL
