i was checking my lights on my travel trailer and after i was done i shut off my 1998 ford F150 5.4 v8 auto trans. after i unhooked the trailer i went back to my truck and started it up and my ABS light was on steady then blinked about 12 or 13 times and then repeated and also i cant up my truck in to gear. any help would be great.

Check rear brake light fuse, rear brake lights and the switch on the brake pedal.

 

i got the number of times that it flashes and it stay on. it flashes 15 times then the 16th it stays on the repeats
