First, Welcome to the site.
The "305" is the width of the tire in mm. The 2nd # is the height, which is a % of the 305. So basically the 305/65/18 BFG AT KO is a 33.7"x12x18
For the most part the tire will not fit on a stock FX4. You have the best chance to fit with the factory wheel, but you are still probably going to rub while turning. It'll fit fine with a 2" Autospring leveling kit.

A little over 33" give or take a little depending on brand. You will probably want a leveling kit.

I think those tires may require a 8.5 min. wheel width, but some member's are running them on stock wheels. Good choice of tires if you can get 'em and yes the truck should be leveled. I wish that size was out a couple of year's ago!

Thanks For Responding To The Question Of 305's.

I Dig The Rims You Have On Your Truck. Can U Give Me Some Info On Those Wheels? Like, Name Of Wheel And Whether They Are Alloys Or Chrome.

Awesome Rig You Have There, By The Way.

I Am Glad To Hear And See That The Tires I Am Wanting Will Fit My Truck. Will I Be Able To Put Mud Guards On Since The Tires Look To Be So Close To The Fenders? Your Pictures Look Like That I Will Have Problems With The Guards.

Mudguards W/ 305x65x18?

I Want To Put On Mudguards On My Truck After The Wheels Are Installed. Will They Fit Or Better Yet, Will They Interfere W/ The Tire When Mud Is Caked On? I Will Put A Leveling Kit On As Well So As To Make The Fronts Work. I Want 18" Wheels And I Hope That This Will Work. I Greatly Appreciate Feedback. Thanks.

I went and took a look at the clearance for the mud guards and I think it would be close. I cranked on the steering and it looked to me the closest it would be is 1/2 to 1/4 inch. I am not sure how far the mud guard goes into the wheel well but square from the inside corner it is close. I hope this will help.

Well I have been set on getting a set of BFG AT KO's in the 305/65/18 size. But now I'm thinking I want to go as big as I can. Now I'm looking at the 325/65/18 for my stock FX4 18" wheel with my AS & AAL. Can I go this big on stock wheel and my setup? Wandell wanna chime in here?

You should be fine. A lot of members are running 35"s on stock wheels now with your setup. You might get a little rub on full crank though.

I'm still looking at these 325/65/18 BFG all terrains. Anyone running this setup on stock wheels? I want to know HOW BAD and WHERE it will rub on my setup. TIA for any info.

ktexas, I thought the largest BFG AT in an 18" was a 305x65x18 this is about a 34" tire. The 325x65x18 is a 35" and will probably rub. I had 315x70x17's which are 34.5" and took them off due to rubbing. Coudn't even think about going offroad with them.
