Where exactly are rims measured from? I just went and took a look at my truck and measured my rims and there was no spot that I could find that measured 16", from where my tire hits the rim to the direct other side was exactly 17".

I'm already pissed at my shop for a few things, I have 1 center cap different from the other 3 and yesterday a shock fell off. If i found out that they gave me the wrong rims it will put me over the edge with this place
