Do you know what size speakers are stock and/or what will fit in their place?
I'm used to having an 8 speaker/ 2 10" subwoofer system, and my f150, granted is a truck, not an suv like my last car, doesn't sound like I want it to. What size and how many pioneer speakers do you have?

The OEM speakers are 6x8's. I've only replaced the two rear speakers.

I have a spindle lift (so I've been told by a friend). What I don't like about it is how my wheels are offset. Could I take the lift out and add a leveling kit instead? Will this keep my front wheels from sticking out? Thanks again

You could, but you would loose lift.

so a leveling kit does nothing to a stock truck in terms of lifting?

Yes, it will lift it. But if you remove a set of 3.5 inch lift spindles and install a set of 2 inch coilspring spacers you are losing 1.5 inches of lift.
