2002 F150 Tires

Hey I recently bought a 2002 F150. It's all stock with the FX4 package. The tires on it are done for so, I was wondering what the biggest tires I could put on the stock 17 in. rims would be without needing a lift or new rims. Thanks,

I would try a 285x70x17, close to 33"

I think I might give a set of 33x12.50R17's a try.....

if not I'll go with 285/70R17's, I haven't decided yet.

Either will fit easily using the OEM wheels. You could even fit 315/70-17's (35x12.50) using the OEM wheels, but there will be minor rubbing on the frame at full steering lock.
