Question 7.5 Wheel

Im going to get 35x12.5 soon. Im going to mount them on my stock 18's. The wheel is 7.5in and the recommanded width is 8. What is the worse that could happen with mounting them on a smaller recommanded wheel. THANKS

you'll be just fine with that combo. many people are running that same set up on their trucks around here.

They may bubble and cause center wear. Worst case scenario would be if you aired them down to 4x4...they could break off the bead on rough terrain.

Actually, it is much harder to pop a bead when using a narrow wheel vs. a wider wheel. That's why rockcrawlers run narrow wheels. Worse case senerio, the center portion of your tire's tread will wear slightly faster than the rest, similar to running too much air pressure.
