More important, give us a link or phone number for where to buy wholesale.

The guy he's refering to used a middle man - He went thru a Goodyear facility which in turn purchsed from Carquest - They can mark them up to whatever they want - apparently they did just that lol. If you go to a Carquest in your area , you can get them pretty cheap - I think they were $47 for both fronts on mine.. Carquest has been my supplier for over 20 years - They just sell the good stuff..

Yeah, so they got me for $20 bucks I would have gladly payed double that to get rid of that dust. I tried to buy the pads myself and have Goodyear put them on but, of course, they would not go for that that. There are not a whole lot of options as far as mechanics or garages go here and the ones that are here take advantage of that. Spot shined the wheels over the weekend, so I can see just how good these new pads do.

Wholesale is with a tax ID and locally vendor. Blue pads run about $27 on average, more for some and less for others

Some posters on here love them, some have had noise problems and excessive rotor wear. Maybe you will be a lucky one.

Good luck w/ceramics , I put mine back in the box, I have drums in the back tho and only ran the ceramics in the front , to harsh , went with a softer pad - I don't get dust from either. - Carefull - they'll warp a stock rotor fast.

It may be different for you if you went Ceramics on all four + your trucks about 1000 lb heavier than mine if it's a supercab..

The best advise - Make sure the lug nuts are all torqued evenly (No more than100ftlbs. on aluminums) - if not , there sure to warp.

Let us know , how they work..

Autozone swore on something unswearable then. Any pad could warp the cheap rotors ford uses. I changed the brakes on my 05 Aviator due to excessive violent shaking when braking. at 32000 miles, the pads had at least 60% life left, the rotors were shot in the azz. I turned them for what seemed like an eternity, put on new stock pads (its a lease, no mods here) and its just like new

Carquest sells 3 different grades of pads...

Red Box = Budget
Blue Box = Premium
Gold Box = Ultra premium

The blue and gold box pads come in both ceramic and metallic. The Blues are certianly the best in terms of performace/price.

I know. I work for them

If I remember right, the gold ceramics were around 180 bucks or more canadian $$$ and the semi metallic blue ones were 90 or so, maybe more. Alls I remember is the blue's were around half as much. The blue ones are comparable to any other pad in it's material etc. as far as price.
