here's a link to another forum about upgrading the brake for a lot less. this guy upgraded his brakes to what a f150 heavy duty and f250 uses. check it out. if i didn't just switch to drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads last week, i would be doing this upgrade.

f/brakes on lightnings are expedition brakes. 97/01 use same pads & front rotors.
