I want to get either the kumho kl71 or the toyo open country m/t in a 37x13.5x20. Where would be the best or cheapest place?

so far tire rack is the cheapest on the kumhos. Don't know that there is a such thing as cheap for the toyos. Anyone have an idea which is better as far as tire life and all. It will be mostly on the pavement so I am sure that will be a factor.
