A leveling kit evens out the front end with the back end (the stock setup is higher in the back end) . i have the daystar kit (http://www.daystarweb.com/ItemForm.a...9-8512f994e742) which runs about $130. there's other manufacturers too. I had my local mechanic do the work, but you could probalby do it yourself if your mechanically inclined. you'd probably need to have this kit if you want to go with bigger tires, depending on the size you want.

Your truck looks great When I had mine mounted last month they also had them aired up pretty hard, 55+to seal the bead, dropped it down to 42 a couple of weeks later and it improved the ride ten fold.

great setup Dog'em, now i'm wondering if i should have gone with the 2.5" leveling and 1.5" leaf in the back. with the 34.5" tires it looks pretty jecked up! any rubbing/performance issues with that setup? notice any difference with the K&N air filter?

As for the wheels and tires, I really like this setup. No rubbing backing and turning or when crossing any type of terrain and with only a 285 width there is no noticiable power loss.

The K&N, nothing you can feel in the seat of your pants, I just have used their products in my past three trucks and like the concept of better airflow.

anyone know if 305's would fit on a 4X2 with 2.5 autospring and a 1.5 skyjacker add a leaf, or is the 285's the biggest I could go.
