Question wheel problem?? need your help!!

few days ago my driver side front wheel sounded like it was loose. everytime i hit a bump it rattles really bad. so i took it to a buddies house and we tightened the lug nuts thinking that was it...it wasn't. it's still making the sound. it sounds like having lug nuts completely off a rotor and it just bouncing around in side a hupcap (best way to describe the sound)...and this happens over every lil crack/bump in the road...please help!!

well update your profile, and i would say ball joints or hub assy again. How many miles are on it, and have you ever replaced those before on that truck?

It can be that your wheel bearing is going out. If you have slack in the bearing the rotor will clatter against the brake pads while driving and will stop making racket when the brakes are applied. I would jack up the tire and check the bearing.

bearings = hub assybley b.c im pretty sure you have to replace the whole enchilada. Id check for play in the ball joints first. put the truck on jack stands with wheels off the ground, and grab tire top and bottom, and if there is more then a little play (movment) its time. like try to push inward on the top and pull out on the bottom. If that makes sense.

ya that makes sense...although i had custom spindles made for my truck to lift it in the front and put 35's on it...can it still be replaced or will it be the spindle all together?

sounds like bearings in the stearing knucle how much of lift is on ur truck some suspension lifts dont allow the suspension to hang like factory which cause alot of stress on axles

bearings should be between the spindle and the rotor. i dont see how you put a new spindle on and not replace the ball joints. So im leaning towards bearings right now
