New 07 wheels on 06 F150
Hey guys- these are advertised as expedition 18" wheels for 2007 which are 18X8.5, 6 LUG,135MM bolt pattern,44MM offset.
Here's a link to the auction:

Will they work well on a base level 06' XL f150 2wd? What size tires would you get with these without a level kit? 32's? I don't know what that would be in millimeters... I pick up my new truck tomorrow morning, and these wheels are within an hour of me, and look MUCH better than the gray steelies it's coming with, and I would use the steel wheels for dedicated winter tires, and get these 18"'s for summer. Opinions?? Thanks!!

Thanks Wandell; you are definitely the mac-daddy of the tire/wheel forum!
I've tried to read up on your backspacing and offset translations and just sent the seller requesting the backspacing on these. The 44mm comes out to 1.7" though I doubt that helps anything....It looks like you have a nice truck & an expedition. Is it common to swap OE wheels between the two?
This is my first truck, and I am NOT familiar with all the big tire sizes, suspension, etc.
This truck will be primarily used as a work truck for lawncare so function is as important as appearance. I don't think it will be hard to improve the current appearance considering it has the bland 17" gray steels and 235-70-17's (i think) it's spending the night at the dealership tonight
I take delivery tomorrow morning .....and maybe driving down to Canton in the afternoon if you folks think these wheels are a functional upgrade from the steel stockers (which i'd keep and slap on winter tires)

+44mm is the factory offset of all 04+ f150s. when i bought my 20s i tried to find the closest to factory as possible and ended up with +40mm eagle alloys. yes they will fit
edit: if you take the rim width of 8.5 and go from center (4.25") then add 44mm (1.7") that gives you a backspacing of 5.95 which is also the factory backspacing for the F-150
