Has anyone done this? I have 1999 lightning wheels I would like to put on my 1993...I can get new rotors and get the axles, what else is needed and is this even possible?

 

Axles will not interchange between your 93 and the 99. Plus the front hub assembly is totally different and the hubs will not interchange. It is possible to get your existing hubs and rotors re-drilled, as well as your rear axles and brake drums. Check the back-spacing, as IIRC the 93 can't take as much backspacing as the 99 wheels have.
