05 Fx4 Needs Tire Help

I have heard so many mixed messages, please set me straight. I have an 05 FX4 and have the stock 18 in rims with 275 65 18 goodyears. I want to go bigger. What will fit with a front leveling kit and what will fit with a 3 inch body? Do I need to do both? Will both look better? I am going to go with motometal 950 or helomaxx 6 17X9 inch rims. I had pro comp xtreme at 35s and a PA 3 inch body lift ordered but a salesman at 4 wheel parts in Atlanta aid the 35s wouldnt fit with the body lift and leveling kit. BS? I dont know. Is 33s all I can fit. I want to go with the pro comp xtreme at or the bfg at tires. New member needs help!

With the leveling kit installed, you can fit 35's, but I believe that is on the stock wheels.

If you installed the body kit as well, you should be able to fit 35's no problem.

With a Leveling Kit You can Fit:
35" tires on STOCK rims but you run the chance of abnormal/unsafe wear as they are a bit wide for stock rims.
33" tires on STOCK rims, and they will be perfect
35" tires on AFTERMARKET rims but you may have to trim your inner wheelwells due to rubbing.
