Carbon Metallic brakes

I just recently bought brake pades for my 2004New body style F150 Supercrew. I have all around disc brakes. I was wondering if anybody had any opinions on Carbon Metallic pads from www.performancefriction.com . Using carbon metallic pads give better stopping power? I was just wondering because I bought pads thinking I needed some but when I looked at my pads they still look okay for another 30K miles. If they don't do much better I'll just return them and wait to change them.

I've had PF Carbon pads on my '01 for about 60,000 miles. Only thing I'll worn you about is they give off a lot of dust. My polished wheels look like crap no matter how much I buff them. In terms of stopping, they are a cut above the stock pads. If you're worried about dust, I'd go with Hawk or EBC though.
