Onlinetires.com out of business?

I've tried calling them about 8 or 9 times since last Thursday and there is no answer. No callbacks. Nothing. Email not responded to.

These guys dead? They are 1 more day away from losing a sale as I'll pay $100 more to the next closest vendor.

Wow, they finally answered the phone!

These people are azzes. I asked them why they weren't answering their phones for the past three business days, the response I got?

"do you want to order some tires?"

My response? Not from people who may not answer the phones when I have a problem with my order and for no reason what so ever.. If I can't get a hold of you for three days or maybe 3 weeks the next time I try...I'll be pissed. Where is the customer service?

I'm paying the extra $100 and going to Discount Tire near my house. No reason to deal with lazy vendors like that.

I'm sure many of you have had a good experience with them. Wish I did.

I'm with you on that. Who wants to deal with a business that has an attitude!

Angry

Try actually PLACING your order with them, having them NOT balance your tires, and sending you the wrong lug nuts! It's taking me filing a complaint through my credit card to recoup what they owe me. Same boat- no answer on the phone or email for about 3 weeks.... So I had to go through my card co.

Wow, that blows for you.

I'm glad I got the cold shoulder from the start. Otherwise I may have gone with them for the nice price. Discount Tire ended up matching their prices (actually doing better after working them a little more).
