ABS Light and dead short

I've got a 95 f150, and for some reason I'm getting a dead short across fuse 13 (controls brake lights and abs). I would pull the code for the abs, but apparently I'm stupid and cant find the danged connector. I am lost. I can't find any shorted wires, can't find any busted connectors. I just need help.

If it was an ABS issue, I think it would trip the light and that's how you'd get the code.

(someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong)

I have a wiring diagram for this specific fuse if you want to PM me with your email address I'll forward it to you.

Check for a shorted cruise pressure disconnect switch on the master cylinder. They leak and cause this fault. Very common and part of a recall (don't know if the 95 is included...)

The ABS computer cannot run a self-test with no operating power, so it can't turn on the ABS lite.
