Please help with tire size

I have 05 F-150 supercab, with crap Hancook tires, 235/70/17. I want to replace with 265/70/17 (Michelin employee discount). I am not lifting the truck. My question, will it work, no rubbing, and do you all know anybody in general other than Ford dealers that can reprogram the speedo. Thanks

235/70/17 is a 30" tire
265/70/17 is a 31.6" tire
Should fit without any rubbing if you are at stock height.
If you buy a tuner you can adjust the tire size yourself.
