Question *NEW* **** Cepek DC-1 Wheels...

Just wondering if anyone has seen, or heard anything about these wheels. The biggest size they make is a 17x9 for the 6x135 bolt pattern, and I am curious if they will fit on my '04 SCab FX4. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

Nice wheel. Yes they will fit, but since they are 9 inches wide with only 4.53 inches of backspacing they will stick out approximately 2 1/2 inches farther than your OEM 7.5 inch wide wheels with 5 1/2 inches of backspacing.

Wandell... I can always count on you!

I am planning on running roughly a 33x12.50R17. Also, since I am now stepping down to a 17" wheel, I can even go after the 315/70R17's... would that be to much sticking out on the 315's? I do have a front-end leveling kit, so there is a little more clearance then stock, as you all know. I do not mind trimming the wheel wells, if need be. Also, I do hunt, so the tires would not go unused. I just worry about them bottoming out, when I drive over some small logs, forge creeks, etc... what do you think?

In my opinion they would stick out a little too far. I wouldn't want any less than 5 inches of backspacing with a 9 inch wide wheel.

Wandell...
I am sorry, but I changed my last post 2-3 times, during your posting. Which setup were you talking about?

All of them involving the 17x9's with only 4.53 inches of backspacing.
