Battle of the Tires?

Yet another Battle. For my 05' F-150 when i eventually lift it to about 8-9 inches, i need the best and right tire of couse. I wont be off-roading alot nor when i do will it be "hardcore" because its a new tuck but yet i still need a great tire. Ive narrowed it down to three: Nitto Mud Grapplers 37's with a 17 inch rim or 38's with a 16 inch rim; the Toyo Open Country M/T (same sizes as stated above) or Interco Irok Radials or Bias (same sizes as stated above). I am looking for the better on road tire mostly and best average "life". They are all about the same when it comes to price except the Bias Irok is about 100 bucks cheaper.

On the 04 and up trucks the smallest wheel you can use is a 17". I have heard that somewhere in the production run that Ford changed the calipers and that some aftermarket 17" rims won't work.

Out of the tires you listed, the Toyo MT is by far the best performing on road.
