My Crew used to fly down hills so bad that I had to keep tapping the brakes to keep it under 70mph. Now it continually slows down going down hills and I actually have to accelerate!

I used to let off the gas when coming to a light or stop sign and coast up to it; now if I let off the gas, its almost like I get a slight jerk like the brakes are being applied and I can't make it to the light, etc. I have to stay on the gas and then apply brakes. This is not the way I'm used to driving and my gas mileage on a trip to CA using the cruise control was only 15mpg.

Truck has no squeaks, thunks, noises, etc. and only 37,000 miles on it. Rear end and tranny oil have been changed.

Does it sound more like brakes or tranny or ? and what could I check on it at home?

Do you have a non-contact thermometer?
After driving a short distance, check rotor temps at all 4 corners. If one is hotter than the rest, it is dragging. It could be as simple as a caliper sticking. Check the e-brake cable and make sure it didn't get stuck on too.
