Every Time My Truck is at Idle, when I turn my Steering wheel from about 10oclock to 2oclock. The Front Wheels/Tires makes this weird Rubbing/Clunking sound. But at higher speeds or More fully turned. It isn't as noticable. I don't know what it could be..

Any Suggestions?

Do you see any marks on your fenderwells, valance, etc from rubbing?
