Question Biggest tires without rubbing or other problems.

Hey ive got a 2003 f-150 reg cab short bed. i love my truck but its currently got 255/70r16's and i want to go a little bigger. im torn between 265/75r16's or 285/75r16's. i checked on ntwonline and it said that this model with no lift would fit 285's but a local tire shop guy said to go with the 265's. If anybody can give me some advice or maybe send me some picks to catfish_845@hotmail.com of similar setups i would really appreciate it. oh yeah im looking at the cavalier sport king a/t tires. if you know anything about them that would be great too.

I'm running 305/75's with 16/8's with no rubbing will need to trim if I go to a 16/10 rim. Also I did crank the torsion bars 1 inch. I might have been ok but just wanted to make sure.
