Does anyone know of where to find a spare tire mount for in the bed of a truck?

I take it you mean other than just throwing it in the back of the bed. I believe J.C. Whitney carries a style that holds the spare up against the bed rail. Also try places like Summit Racing or 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers. In the past I remember someone making one that holds the tire at an angle to the bottom of the bed; similar to off-road and pre-runner trucks.

 

I believe Fabtech make a prerunner style mount for a spare in the bed. Pro Comp may make one as well.

I've found about ten different ones online so far (I'm only interested in the ones that mount to the bed floor, not the bed walls), but unfortunately, I can't seem to find one for less than a couple hundred.

Any other ideas?

Go to www.truckn-store.com. They have a bed tire mount same as the fabtech but for $79.00. Wish I would have found this one before I bought the fabtech.
