My Eagle Wheels that i have on there now are 16X8 and when backing up and turned, they rub the sway bar. IM LOOKING FOR American Eagle #101's and want to run 315-75-16 tires. I was told that 8 in rims will probably be too narrow and the tire may not sit flat anough. I may have to get 10in rims. but the offset from 8's to 10's is not alot and the 315's will also be wider, so im guessing i will rub that bar even more.

Any advise on how wide to go for the 315 tires??

Most 315's recommend an 8 to 10 inch wide wheels. The wider wheel my eliminate the rubbing on the sway bar but cause rubbing on the front bumpers valance, but a little trimming will cure that.
