Balance weights coming off ???

Balance weights coming off ???
The balance weights keep coming off my rims and no one can figure out why.
I have had my wheels balanced eight times in two weeks, including three times by the dealership, and the weights keep coming off. They stay on for a just a few miles then fly start flying off. I have had two rims replaced, as one was slightly warped, and the other was suspect.
The vehicle is a 2004 F150 SCab and I am running BFG AT's 285/70R17 on stock chrome/steel rims. So maybe the wheel/rim combo is causing the problems, but I have never heard of this before.
Centramatic do not make a continous balancer for this vehicle, so I am kind of at a loss as to what to do.
Any suggestions?

Use the locator to find a shop near you with a Hunter GSP9700. Make sure they are using weights for steel rims, not aluminum.
