I need some recomendations on 38-39 inch tires. I am goin to school full time and I drive to and from school 60 miles a day not including driving around town and all. I may go play off road once a month, if that. What are you guys running? How many miles
do you get out of a tire? I heard that the SSR radials get good wear and the PJs and Baja Belted do, but I want to check with the smart people on here..or the experienced..Also what gears are recomended to get the best gas mileage and performance...I have 5.4 v8 w/ auto ..stock gears are 3:55. Do I need a chip Programer, if so what would you recomend?

If you drive that much, you will be much better off with a radial all terrian tire. The Toyo Open Country AT's and Nitto Terra Grappler come in some pretty large sizes. You could check out their websites and see what is available. If you step it down to a 37x12.50 you will have even more options (BFG AT KO and **** Cepek Radial FC II).
