Do I have 12 or 14mm studs?

I'm buying Brembo replacement rotors for my truck but I need to know if I have 12mm or 14mm studs. How do I know without physically removing a wheel and measuring the stud? By the way, these are rear rotors.

If I have 14mm, then what vehicles came with 12mm?

If your truck has 19mm lugnuts, it's got 12mm studs. 21mm lugnuts, 14mm studs. Early (circa '97-early '99 or so) F-Series, Expeditions, and Navigators had 12mm studs.
