more brake noise
more brake noise
I have tried to find out what is wrong with my brakes for a while now and cant figure it out. I am getting a squeak from what sounds to be my right front brakes. They dont make any noise when under braking. They stop perfectly with no vibrations or roughness. It doesnt make the noise all the time, but when it does it seems like the pad is just making contact at one point on the rotor. The noise isnt constant is sounds like after every rotation it hits. Which led me to believe it is warped. After inspecting the brakes I dont see any grooves or signs that the pad is making this momentary contact. If anyone has experienced this please help. Also the pads look brand new.
i had a right front brake hose fail internally and cause my right front caliper to hang up. might be your brake hose is starting to fail. mine got to the point were after i would hit the brakes real hard the right front wouldnt even spin anymore.
I’ve heard of brake lines collapsing before. It going to be a flex line. When you hit the brakes, the fluid is force through, but when you let up the collapsed line don’t let it back out; not enough reverse pressure.
I guess i have to take the line off and check it out. Oh yeah, i tried jacking up the wheel and spinning it and i dont feel resistance or anything but i guess it doesnt take much to cause a little squeak.
