Discount Tire has them for $112 with free shipping. They say they are offered in D and E Load Ratings. All I can find is a load rating of 113. I think that is a C. Am I correct?

Also, I've searched the threads and can't find the answers to a few questions.

How are they in snow?

How are they in rain on the highway?

How do they handle on dry pavement?
