Question WHAT BRAND TIRES????

What is a good brand of tires, size 285/75/16? I want something with a good tread, but I'm not going to spend $150 a pop for some BFG's (can't afford). I have seen some Pathfinder tires with an aggressive tread for $99 each at www.discounttire.com Has anybody seen something similar? Price and location would be very much appreciated. Thanx.

Well if you want a good aggressive tire I see that tire rack has Geolander M/Ts. Those are some AWESOME tires. There are some people on here that run those and they love them. What kind of BFG tires were they? Mud terrains or A/T KOs? If that is the price on the mud terrains then that is an great deal on them. Try paying $180 for the BFG muds around here. Even if those are the A/T KOs that is still a decent price. 4wheelparts has them for $170 a tire. If you get those you will love them. BFG is one of the best tires on the market. If I woulda had the money when I got my tires I woulda got them. Mudder has a set of BFG KOs and he loves them. Fordtec2001 summed it up pretty well. You get what you pay for. I tried that once, I got the cheap tires and they went bad on me.
