I am wondering if anyone has seen this on the market. It is off of a shirt and I would like to know what these babies costs if there is such a thing. I have seen similar wheel with just the holes in the center or just the arrow heads in the center but not both like this.

Weld has a very similar wheel, I believe it has 6 holes though instead of 5 as in the pic.
