Wheel Adapters

Hi
Just Wondering if u Guys Know aBout The wheel adapters i Own a 90s ford truck and i want to change the Bolt pattern to the 5x135 0r the 6x 135
are There any risks or something

Accelerated wear on front wheel bearings, all steering components, brakes, ball joints, etc. What it does is create a leverage on the bearings that wasn't ever intended to be there. I would never recommend running them. They will also create a weak link there which can cause failure. If you ever load anything in your bed or you tow you will run a much higher risk of breakage of the spacers. Do yourself and everyone on the road a favor and skip the spacers/adapters.
