Hello
Just changed out my rear wheel sensor,with a Ford Dealer part .In changing out the old sensor I noticed that my old sensor was MAGNETIZED.
My new part was not Magnetized,called the dealer back and they didn't know what to say about the old part being Magntized.

New Part box read:

BRAB-130
F85Z-2L373-AC
SENSOR
B969F 011404



If the old sensor is Magnetized,does this mean that the sensor was bad? So for the ABS light is acting right,comes on then goes off and stays off.But I haven't cut the motor on and off alot after I changed the part out.

That is the correct sensor.Hope that takes care of your concern.The sensor works the same ,just a little different looking at the pickup end.
