hey all, i have been reading your posts for several months and have searched back and found the answers i needed without having to post a topic. well, i have a question for you, a local tire dealer has mud king xt's (265/75/16) for $106, mounted and balanced. Have any of you had any time with these tires? i understand they are made by bfg, i have run the mud ta's, and at's on several occasions and liked them both. are these comparable? also, what about handling in the rain? any help is greatly appreciated. by the way, this site is the best i've seen for my truck..

THE MUD KINGS ARE NICE LOOKING TIRES. I DISCOVERED LAST WEEK THAT BFG ARE MADE BY MICHELINE. THE COMPANY BFG SOLD THE TIRE BUSSINESS TO MICHELINE IN THE 1980,S. I WENT TO BFGGODRICH.COM AND FOUND THEY DEAL WITH AEROSPACE PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE A QUESTION AND ANSWER BOARD WHICH TELLS ABOUT THEM SELLING THE TIRES TO MICHELINE AND THEY GIVE A LINK TO BFGOODRICHTIRES.COM. APPARENTLY MOST PEOPLE DONT KNOW THIS..
