Question Stud sizes - 12 or 14 mm?

I have stumbled across some information that leads me to believe that the 2000 and 2001 models have 14mm studs instead of the 12mm studs that were on previous years. I have been looking at the Lightning wheels, and I notice that this is the difference in the 99 and 00 Lightning rims. Does anyone know if this is the case with all the models, not just the Lightning? If so, then I will have to look more carefully at the wheels I get for my 2001 Supercrew. Can someone corroborate or discredit this?
