Weld Racing EVO Renegade!
I just had Weld Racing EVO Renegade 17x8.5 put on my truck yesterday w/Pro Comp AT 33x12.50R17. WOW! Lots of looks and several people asking about them already. Even the old grump neighbor that doesn't take to anyone came over just to look at them. I've had the truck about 3 weeks now and he didn't come over 'til I got the wheels.
They have a lifetime structural warranty, a 5 year warranty on the chome and a 3500lbs rating. They ain't cheap but I think they are the nicest wheels I've seen. Take a look at the wheel http://www.weldevo.com/Renegade.html

SuperCrewMark...Great looking wheel, post pics of your truck when you can! I almost bought the EVO Velocity 5's but decided against the chromes. A 5 year warranty on chromed wheels may be the best in the industry. I ended up purchasing the Weld Typhoons.

I had the Pro Comps on the stock wheels for all of 2 1/2 weeks and was planning to leave it that way. But, I saw the wheels and that was it. I had to have them!

Zach,
Great looking truck! I decided on the chrome because of the low maintenance and after I found out about the 5yr warranty. I need to borrow a digcam so I can take some pictures.

Are your 285's about the same size as the 33x12.5 Pro Comps? Nice truck. I've got a 2001 Silver SuperCrew, and I am trying to decide on the type and size of new tires. I think I am going to go with the 16X8 wheels because of increased options on tires and wheels and hopefully a little less $$.

I got them at Les Schwab. The 16's are a little less and right now there are more options though I think we'll be seeing more and more options in 17's.

tdog.... I don't have the specs on the Pro Comps you asked to compare but here are the specs on the Bridgestone 285 AT's:
Load Range D
Overall Diameter: 32.9"
Overall Width: 11.4"
Tread Width: 8.7"
Revolutions Per Mile: 633
Tread Depth: 17/32
I went with 16x8 wheels for the exact reason you mentioned, tire selection. I believe SuperCrewMark is right on the money though, more 17" tires will be on the market in the future. The new Dodge Ram will be out this summer and 17" wheels are standard on the 4x4, if memory serves 18" wheels will be optional on the Ram. This should help nudge the tire industry into widening the selection of 17" off road/all terrain tires.
One other thing, the Goodyear web site lists the 17" Goodyear RTS, which is standard with Ford's Off Road Package, as having a 32.0" overall diameter. I wanted to keep the speedometer reading close to accurate as well as not take too much out of the 3.55 axle ratios (so to speak), hence the 285's.
