Factory aluminum wheels = 100 pounds

Aftermarket aluminum wheels = 110 pounds

When I bought my American Racing Pythons at Americas Tire (Discount Tire everywhere else) that's what they said. The difference may be because the aftermarket wheel is a little larger than the stock wheel.

Ford and Haynes manual state 85-105 ft lbs. I'd say upper end of that to be safe ( 95-100 ft lbs). Just happened to look that up today.

If you are using the original factory lug nuts then look at them real close. The torque spec is probably stamped on them.
