Post Lightning Wheels Rub

I just put the chrome Lightning wheels on my wifes 1998 Expedition. When I turn the wheel all the way to the right there is a scraping. I've read what it is and how to fix it, but I can't find the info now that I need it.
I cant get a look until 4/15. It would be nice to know what to look for and what to do ahead of time.

Simple fix! All what is needed is to either bend the parking brake away, or relocate it. I believe this the rubbing problem you are experiencing. Good luck!!!

Been there, done that! I put Lightning wheels on an Exp. They will rub on the brakeline bracket. You have to either relocate the bracket or do what I did and bend the bracked back out of the way. I changed out the square headed bolt to a round head, and finally, I filed down the sharp corners of the bracket which protrude out a bit.
Do not turn the wheel to full turn without this fix. Otherwise you will gouge your rims.

It's the head of a bolt that holds a brake hose bracket onto the A-arm. What you do is relocate the bracket to the inside lip of the a-arm and change the bolt to a flat pan head bolt. This will do it.

Question

Just curious, are all your trucks 4x2's or 4x4's? I have a 4x4, but they don't rub.

It's a 4x4. Apparently this prob. is hit or miss. Not all trucks have the problem with these wheels.
