Wheel Swap Questions????

I have a 2002 F150 Supercrew & just purchased some 18" Lightning wheels off of E-Bay. I believe they came from either a 1999 or 2000 Lightning, 5 spoke with silver sparkle. Will these bolt up with my factory lugs & studs with no problem? Please help....Thanks.

?

I'm pretty sure that they have the same lug pattern. Dont think that'll be a problem. Did you get lugs with the wheels, you may need special lugs. Not trying to be sarcastic, but you probably should of found out about fitment before you purchased. JR

lightning wheels

I believe your truck uses 14mm lugs and the 99/2000 lightnings have 12mm--but not sure if thats a problem. I'm having a similar problem finding good information as to the right year wheel for my 1997 F150. I've been to 4 dealerships in southern california area and they cannot tell me if the 2001 through 2003 lightning wheels are interchangable with my 1997 F150. I know that 1999/2000 use the same 12mm lugs and have 135mm bolt spacing (same as 97 F150). I've also been told that the later lightnings have 150mm bolt spacing (what ever the @#%@#@# that means) and now I'm more confused than before. Help!
