When I change my wheels an tires, I plan on going from the stock 16 inch rims and the LT 245/75 R16 Wrangler RT/S's to an aftermarket rim with the BF Goodrich 285/75 16's.

How much of a performance loss would I see?

I have a 3.55 LS . . . oh it's a 4x4 also.

do you have a v-8? If you do I don't think it will be too teribbly bad. I went from 255/70 16 to 265/75 16.I have a v-6 and the 3.55 rear end and I can barely tell I have bigger tires on there.

Oops . . . yes I do have a V8.

I have the 4.6L and it's also an auto. Mods include a K&N Filter and cat-back exhaust. I plan on getting a superchip if damn fuel prices would ever drop . . .

 

with those mods you should be fine-might be a little slower off the line but once you get those bad boys rolling it will be all good
