I suggest using either Mother's or Meguires wheel polish, NOT the stuff you spray on and rinse off. It comes in a little can and looks like a cream substance. I have the same problem when I use the tire foam on the tires. You'll have to put some effort into it, but it works well.

If they are water spot, from hard water, try alittle vinager in water to desolve the hard water spots, then dry off. But if they are like mine, polished rims, then a chemical reaction has occured at a carwash or what ever you use to wash your truck. You will have to polish the rims, I to use the mothers or blue magic polish. Then I was the truck at a reguler carwash myself with the rims cold..walla no more spots....Dont know what lazer wash or the full service carwashes use but they have spotted my rims to many times, I dont use them anymore. thanks for the info on the water spots. I forgot to put in that they were caused by parking to close to my sprinklers on my drive way.

I will try the mothers product and let you know if it worked.

thanks again,

Cool

I used the Mother's Chrome cleaner and a product my dad had in one of his many cabinets called "Wenol". Both products worked, but the wenol worked better. He bought it from a friend who has a truck bed liner company a few years ago, but has no idea if it is still available.

Anyways, both products worked, and my rims look much better. thanks again.
